Our 12-week beginner to pro group DJ course offers a fun and supportive learning environment with like-minded individuals, designed to help beginner DJs develop the confidence and skills to play at clubs and become a pro DJ.
You'll receive comprehensive tuition covering the spectrum of DJing, reinforcing the fundamental concepts and techniques, and enabling you to create and record a professional-sounding DJ mix at the end of the course.
Your tutor Ashley is a professional DJ and Producer, sharing his expertise from over 10 years in the game. Ashley is well-equipped to get you club-ready, having performed at notable events and venues such as Magnetic Fields Festival in India, Glastonbury Festival, OHM Berlin, Four Tet's All Dayer and Amnesia in Ibiza.

Studio hire is included in the price of our 12-week DJ courses and we take care of booking the studio for you. However, if you’d like to book the studio yourself and use the credit for one of the course sessions, we can reimburse the cost of the studio hire for any sessions you book. Otherwise, feel free to use the credit on a practice session by yourself if preferred.

3 x Monthly Payments - £744
When choosing to pay in 3 instalments, you’ll pay £248 upfront, covering the first 4 sessions. You’ll then receive payment links after the 4th and 8th sessions, for another 2 monthly payments of £248, covering the next two blocks of 4 sessions.
Please note: Due to the discounted price, our group courses require 3 students to be enrolled to cover costs. As a result, there may be a wait time to start the course, until 3 students are enrolled. If you'd like to start straight away, we recommend getting in touch to check the current number of students enrolled in our next group course, or alternatively, check out our solo beginner to pro DJ course. The solo version of the course will follow a similar structure with the same goal outcomes, just with less total learning time than the group course, as all session time will be devoted to just one student.

Sessions will be scheduled after booking as we’ll need to decide a date and time that suits both of our availabilities and aligns with an available slot to book at pirate studios.

** Please note: It is Pirate’s policy that studio bookings can only be rescheduled/cancelled up to 4 hours before the start of a booking. If requesting to reschedule/cancel within 4 hours of a booking starting at pirate studios, we cannot transfer/refund the studio hire portion of the lesson and you will need to rebook the studio at an additional cost.
