Please note: All tutors except Alec are private entities and neither employees nor agents of Kaiyo Sonics. They are not administered by Kaiyo Sonics. The tutors are solely responsible for their own course offerings and curricula. Kaiyo Sonics takes no responsibility or liability for the actions of the tutors.

Kaiyosonics.com offers a platform where users may use our tutoring services to interact directly with each other. You may access and use our Site and applications as:

A registered user using our platform to find online tutors made available by Kaiyo Sonics (“Student”)

A registered user providing online tutoring services on Kaiyo Sonics website (“Tutor”)

An unregistered visitor to the site, including but not limited to the Kaiyo Sonics Blog.

We might refer to all three types of users mentioned above as “Users”

You hereby acknowledge and agree that Kaiyo Sonics is not a party to agreements between Students and Tutors. Both Tutors and Students are independent users not formally affiliated with Kaiyo Sonics. Kaiyo Sonics has no control over the behaviour and conduct of Tutors, Students, or any other user of the Kaiyo Sonics website.

If you decide to teach with Kaiyo Sonics, you hereby agree and acknowledge that you accept the tutor policy and that your relationship with Kaiyo Sonics is limited to being a registered user of the platform and an independent, third-party tutoring service provider and not an employee or partner of Kaiyo Sonics for any reason. You act solely on your behalf and for your own benefit and do not represent Kaiyo Sonics or act on behalf of Kaiyo Sonics. While we do our best to ensure a safe, high-quality and friendly experience for all users, Kaiyo Sonics does not control and has no right to control your information, your activities associated with your profile or listed lesson types (services), or any other matters related to any services that you provide. As an independent tutor on our website, you agree to take a full responsibility for observing and abiding by your local tax and social security regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

DESCRIPTION OF THE KAIYO SONICS SERVICES

Kaiyo Sonics offers the following services:

Matchmaking and connection services for music learning purposes.

Kaiyo Sonics is an online platform that facilitates user connection, specifically between Students and Tutors. 

Tutors can set their own prices, availability, and promote their experience, services, and capabilities, and connect and engage with Students to provide music tutoring services.

To eliminate misinterpretation, Kaiyo Sonics is an intermediary platform that facilitates the connection between Tutors and Students for music learning purposes. Both Tutors and Students are independent users of the Site and Applications.
